The Air Force Song
1. 개요
미합중국 공군의 공식 군가이다.
미국 의 공익잡지 Liberty에 $1,000의 보상을 걸고 전국으로부터 접수를 받아 선정된 군가. 로버트 맥아더 크로우포드 (Robert McArthur Crawford) 가 1938년 작곡, 47년 작사해 공식적으로 47년에 채택 되었다.
The Wild Blue Yonder로도 불린다.
1947년 미 육군항공대가 미합중국 공군으로 개편되면서 전신인 육군항공대의 군가 Army Air Corps song의 제목을 바꾸고 가사를 조금 바꾼 곡이다.

3. 대중매체에서의 등장
아이언맨 2에서 공군형 해머 드론이 등장할 때 짧게 스쳐 지나간다.
스트라이크 위치스에서도 일어로 번안되어 등장한다.
