롤링 스톤스의 1969년 앨범 Let It Bleed의 7번째 트랙이다. 연인 아니타 팔렌버그에게 바치는 느긋한 일렉트릭 블루스 곡이다. 키스 리처즈의 첫 메인 보컬 곡으로, 보컬 말고도 일렉트릭 기타, 어쿠스틱 기타를 모두 맡았다.
신경쇠약과 마약 중독으로 시들어 가던 리더 브라이언 존스가 마지막으로 참여한 롤링 스톤스 곡이다. 브라이언은 이 곡에서 오토하프를 연주했고 5개월 뒤 자택 수영장에서 변사체로 발견된다. 본래 아니타는 브라이언 애인이었는데 키스가 빼앗아간 상황에서 키스가 그녀에게 헌정하는 곡을 브라이언이 어떤 심경으로 연주했을지는 독자들의 상상에 맡긴다.
