2020년 9월 25일에 발매된 SuperM의 첫 정규 앨범.
'Super One' 프로젝트로 수록곡 '100'과 '호랑이 (Tiger Inside)' 2곡을 선공개하였고 이후 앨범을 발매했다. '우리 모두는 특별한(Super) 존재로서 각자(One)의 힘을 가지고 있으며, 우리가 겪고 있는 어려움을 하나 된(One) 힘으로 함께 극복해 나가자'는 메시지를 담은 곡들로 구성되어 있다.
